Q.How to order? 

At the moment, we are exclusive to our own website. The order can be placed just like any other e-commerce website. You may also contact us through Facebook, Whatsapp, Instagram, and Linkedin. You may also contact us for bulk orders on - advikainfo5@gmail.com 
Q.Are there any shipping charges? 
Yes, there are shipping charges for all orders. 
Q. Do you own the COD/POD option?
No, we do not have Cash on Delivery/Payment on delivery facilities. Due to contactless delivery, we have stopped the same. 
Q.Do you offer any discounts? 
Please visit our offers and schemes section to know about our running discounts and various offers. 
Q.What all payment methods are accepted? 
All credit and debit cards are accepted on the website. You can also make payment through different options like - NEFT, Internet Banking, Gpay, Phonepe, Paytm. We do not provide a COD/POD option.  
Q.What if my payment fails?
In case of a payment failure, please retry keeping in mind the following:
  • Information passed on to payment getaway is accurate, i.e account details, billing address, and password(for net banking), and that your internet connection is not disrupted in the process. 
  • If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 10 business days. For any further clarification, you can mail us at advikainfo5@gmail.com. 
Q.How will I receive my order? 

All orders are dispatched via our trusted courier services once the payment is done by the customer. 
Q.In how many days will I receive my order?
All within India are delivered in 7-8 working days. Please note shipping duration may vary due to bad weather, public or bank holidays, curfews, etc. Also, custom-made products take time of 10 - 15 days for bulk items, and for single may take 5-8 days, also including the size, color and pattern may differ in delivering the product. 
Q.What if I am not at home when my order arrives? 
We arrange a re-delivery of the shipment for one more time and if you are not available the second time then the goods are returned back to our Company. You will be charged additional shipping charges for delivering the goods a third time. 
Q.Can I make any modifications to my order? 
Once orders are placed no modifications will be allowed.
Q.Cancellation of orders? 
Once the order is packed and shipped the order, can't be canceled. The customer has to place the order wisely, to avoid any cancellations. 
Q.Do you sell in bulk quantity?

We get it!! Our products are so awesome, simply buying a few is not enough at times. We have a “Buy More, Pay Less” policy. Please connect with us on advikainfo5@gmail.com to find out more.

Q.Can I return a product if I’m unhappy with it?

You can return the product only if there is a damage or defect. However, we assure you that each parcel is bubbled wrapped carefully with loads of love!
